General Questions
- Check in time 3pm, check out time 11am
- Our caretaker is on duty from 9am to 6pm. In this time he will clean the villa and can help with any query you may have
- No pets allowed
- No house parties
- NO LOUD MUSIC OR ANY OTHER LOUD NOISE from 10pm to 8am
- No unauthorised/unregistered guests allowed in the villa particularly at night
- No smoking indoors
- No illegal substances e.g drugs, allowed anywhere in the villa
- No parking on main road
- When going out please switch off fans, ACs and other electrical appliances such as TVs and sound systems to promote a greener environment.
- No glassware to be used in and around the pool
- Babies and young children must be supervised at all times, specially on balconies and in and around the swimming pool
- White bath towels are not to be removed from the property to use at the beach. Separate towels have been provided for pool and beach use.
- Pool open from 8am to 10pm
- Cancellations made 6 days before the check-in date: 100% refund*
- Cancellations made before 3:00pm of check-in date: 50% refund on all days except first night. No refund of the first night or the service fee.
- Check-in time is between 3pm to 10pm. Check-out time is 11am. Please confirm availability and cost for early check-ins and late check-outs with our host at least 12 hours in advance.
- The primary guest must be at least 18 years
- Government regulations require us to take photocopies of a valid photo identity card and address proof of all guests at check-in.
- The rate per night does not include charges for services such as airport transfers, personal chef’s fees, extra linen and towels, etc.

One word to describe this place is “Incredible”. It’s a newly renovated property and it’s beautiful. A Bose ultra smart soundbar with bass module in the living room, extremely well appointed kitchen and some more. Impeccably curated furnishings and decor. This place is a dream and a half. The staff are super responsible and make you feel right at home. You will finish your stay but there will still be insta-worthy nooks and corners that you couldn’t cover. There are so many of them!! The cherry on top are the absolutely amazing hosts Leanne and Johnathan. Seriously coming back again.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at this beautiful villa in Goa for two nights! The villa is perfect for a family/friends getaway, and the small private pool added a special touch to our experience. Our extended family, including four kids, thoroughly enjoyed every moment here.
The property is spacious and thoughtfully designed, with a separate room for the kids, which was a big hit! They loved having their own space, and it gave us adults a chance to relax and unwind.
A special thanks to our wonderful hosts, Jonathan and Leanne, who made our stay even more memorable. Their warm hospitality, prompt assistance, and attention to detail were truly commendable. They ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.
