Perched on the top floor, Olive Penthouse is a beautifully renovated 4-bedroom retreat (3 spacious double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom) designed for guests who want space, comfort, and a touch of luxury. While there is no lift, the climb is more than rewarded by what awaits above — stylish interiors, a cooling sea breeze, and one of the most spectacular sunset terraces in the area. The penthouse features 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area perfect for relaxing together, high-speed Wi-Fi, and air-conditioning in every bedroom. Guests also have access to the shared swimming pool, which is so rarely used that it often feels like your own private oasis. To make your stay completely effortless, a caretaker visits daily for housekeeping, and a private chef can be arranged on request to prepare delicious meals in the comfort of the penthouse.

Location
General Questions
- Check in time 3pm, check out time 11am
- Our caretaker will come daily to clean the apartment. He will also help with any query you may have
- We are to be notified in advance if travelling with a pet – there will be an extra refundable deposit applicable.
- No house parties
- NO LOUD MUSIC OR ANY OTHER LOUD NOISE from 10pm to 8am
- No unauthorised/unregistered guests allowed in the villa particularly at night
- No smoking indoors
- No illegal substances e.g drugs, allowed anywhere in the villa
- Parking in designated areas – Security will assist
- When going out please switch off fans, ACs and other electrical appliances such as TVs and sound systems to promote a greener environment.
- Babies and young children must be supervised at all times, specially on the terrace
- White bath towels are not to be removed from the property to use at the beach. Separate towels have been provided for pool and beach use.
- Common Pool open from 9am to 6pm
- Cancellations made 6 days before the check-in date: 100% refund*
- Cancellations made before 3:00pm of check-in date: 50% refund on all days except first night. No refund of the first night or the service fee.
- Check-in time is between 3pm to 10pm. Check-out time is 11am. Please confirm availability and cost for early check-ins and late check-outs with our host at least 12 hours in advance.
- The primary guest must be at least 18 years
- Government regulations require us to take photocopies of a valid photo identity card and address proof of all guests at check-in.
- The rate per night does not include charges for services such as airport transfers, personal chef’s fees, extra linen and towels, etc.
